Transport of Russia is the international forum and exhibition of Transport Week, with transport ministries and companies from Russia and abroad. We meet delegates at the airport, drive them to Gostiny Dvor and the hotel, and keep a car with a chauffeur at their disposal for every day of the programme.
A car from our own fleet for the whole forum: a Mercedes-Maybach or S-Class for a head of delegation, an E-Class for members of the delegation, a V-Class minivan for staff and luggage, several cars coordinated by one manager. See also transfers to Gostiny Dvor and our corporate service.
Transport of Russia 2026 takes place on 18–20 November 2026 at Gostiny Dvor, Ilyinka ulitsa 4, next to Red Square (Ploshchad Revolyutsii metro). In the very centre, a few minutes' walk from the Kremlin; on summit days the streets around it are often closed, so the chauffeur drops you at the nearest open approach.
Airport meeting with a name board and flight tracking, a fixed car and chauffeur for each principal, cars for the whole delegation moving together, early starts and late returns, a schedule agreed the day before. For embassies, companies and agencies: a contract, an invoice and accounting documents.
Bilateral meetings, dinners, visits to companies and a day in the city between sessions: the same car and chauffeur by the hour or for the whole visit. A guide-interpreter in your language can join on request.
