Moscow's major trade shows now run at Crocus Expo on the north-western edge of the city, at the Timiryazev Centre in the north-west and at VDNH in the north. All three are a long way from the central hotels, and finding a car at the halls at closing time is not something to rely on. We give exhibitors a car from our own fleet with a chauffeur who is yours for the whole show.
Set-up day, the exhibition days and departure in one booking at one fixed price: meeting at the airport with a name board, hotel – pavilion – hotel every day, evening meetings, and the transfer back to the airport. A V-Class minivan takes the team and the stand materials; an E-Class, S-Class or Maybach is for the principals. The longer the booking, the better the daily rate.
Crocus Expo sits by the ring road at Myakinino metro. From Sheremetyevo it is around 30–50 minutes, from Vnukovo 40–60 minutes, from Domodedovo an hour and a quarter to an hour and three-quarters. From the central hotels count on 40–70 minutes in the morning. The chauffeur knows the pavilion entrances and the parking, drops you at the right gate and is at the door when you call.
