The International Municipal Forum is the forum of city governments and urban experts from Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and the CIS. We meet delegates at the airport, drive them to the National Centre Rossiya and the hotel, and keep a car with a chauffeur at their disposal for every day of the programme.
A car from our own fleet for the whole forum: a Mercedes-Maybach or S-Class for a head of delegation, an E-Class for members of the delegation, a V-Class minivan for staff and luggage, several cars coordinated by one manager. The International Municipal Forum 2026 takes place on 23–24 November 2026 at the National Centre Rossiya, Krasnopresnenskaya naberezhnaya 14, next to Moscow City. On the embankment by the Moscow City towers; the chauffeur drops you at the entrance.
Airport meeting with a name board and flight tracking, a fixed car and chauffeur for each principal, cars for the whole delegation moving together, early starts and late returns, a schedule agreed the day before. For embassies, companies and agencies: a contract, an invoice and accounting documents.
Bilateral meetings, dinners, visits to companies and a day in the city between sessions: the same car and chauffeur by the hour or for the whole visit. A guide-interpreter in your language can join on request.
