AI Journey is the international conference on artificial intelligence with speakers and delegations from BRICS+ countries. We meet delegates at the airport, drive them to a Moscow venue and the hotel, and keep a car with a chauffeur at their disposal for every day of the programme.
A car from our own fleet for the whole forum: a Mercedes-Maybach or S-Class for a head of delegation, an E-Class for members of the delegation, a V-Class minivan for staff and luggage, several cars coordinated by one manager. See also transfers to a Moscow venue and our corporate service.
AI Journey 2026 takes place on 25–27 November 2026 at a venue in Moscow announced by the organiser. Send us the venue when it is published and we will plan the drive.
Airport meeting with a name board and flight tracking, a fixed car and chauffeur for each principal, cars for the whole delegation moving together, early starts and late returns, a schedule agreed the day before. For embassies, companies and agencies: a contract, an invoice and accounting documents.
Bilateral meetings, dinners, visits to companies and a day in the city between sessions: the same car and chauffeur by the hour or for the whole visit. A guide-interpreter in your language can join on request.
